Trust and contribute for the technology is very good in the era in which we live, but I think there is nothing like a personal treatment. Personally, I think that although it seems that a machine will have less room for error or we may be less intimidated when it comes to showing our expenses and income, a natural person can always empathize with you and there is nothing like a conversation and expensive advice to face.
In my opinion, I think a robot is not programmed enough to be able to advise someone or manage their savings. I think robots have some methods of action established, but if a customer arrives with a different case than the robots have predetermine, the robot will not know how to act or will do it incorrectly. A person can rectify and analyze the new situation and then establish a method of action. In addition, a human can advise through the observation of the current situation of the customer, independently of the data that it has of the customer. However, a robot cannot analyze anything else that it does not have in its database.
